Managing your Mortgage Leads with Outlook 2007

  • Are you following up - or leaving potential closings on the table?

Here are a few sobering statistics:
  • 80% of sales are made after the 5th contact.
  • It takes, on average, 7 reminders to get someone who is interested in your product or service to buy.
If you are not following up at least 6 times, you are only making 1/5th of your potential revenue!
Why aren't you following up?

If you are like most people, it's probably because:

  • you don't have a system, and

  • you don't have time.
